David was born in a remote area of Zimbabwe in 1953,
His childhood years became a very important in his art, that his now become so famous for.
He specialised in graphic design and worked as illustrator for many advertising agencies and design studios and after a number of the years based in South Africa's biggest city, Johannesburg.  He retreated once to a remote Klein Karoo farm to raise their kids live once more closer to nature.
He off course continued intrepreting live through his painting, sculpting and illustrations. 
His work reflects on the biodiverse relationship that nature plays to our human existence, along with a pinch of his witty sense of humour. 
David's works has been featured on multiple auctions over the years. 
Apart from his impressive resumé, his work has consistently stayed true to his nature.
 
I can't help but be filled with a refreshed sense of being and fun, with his little quirky and mischievous characters. ;)
